The Steiner Library on the McCarthey Campus
assists students in developing library information skills
and information acquisition, and provides resources for
teachers to meet the demands of the school curriculum.

The library media specialist and the library
media program seek to equip students, from Beginning School
through grade five, to be information literate students
who:
- Seek information efficiently and effectively
- Evaluate information critically and competently
- Use information accurately and creatively
- Learn to love literature and develop skills for
selecting books they are able to interpret, appreciate,
and enjoy.
