• When you personally contribute to the school you must enclose the corporate matching gift form from your employer. Generally, you can locate those forms via your HR department.
• Once we receive your gift and paperwork, We will fill as appropriate, confirm your gift and return the paperwork to your employer.
• They will then issue a check in said matching amount to RHSM School and we will acknowledge all parties.
